1. International Scope and Applicability

These Copyright and Intellectual Property Terms apply worldwide.

All content, materials, and intellectual property of MedPro Extreme Co., Ltd. are protected internationally under applicable national laws and international treaties, including but not limited to the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works, the WIPO Copyright Treaty, and related international agreements.

Access to MedPro Extreme content from any jurisdiction does not grant rights beyond those expressly stated in these Terms.

2. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered, in and to all content made available by MedPro Extreme Co., Ltd. are owned exclusively by MedPro Extreme Co., Ltd., unless expressly stated otherwise.

This includes, without limitation:

• Written works and publications
• Training curricula, frameworks, and methodologies
• Manuals, handbooks, and instructional materials
• Images, photographs, graphics, illustrations, and designs
• Video, audio, and multimedia content
• Website structure, layout, and source content
• Logos, trademarks, service marks, and brand identifiers
• Digital platforms, systems, tools, and downloadable resources

All rights are reserved worldwide.

3. No Transfer or Implied License

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting, transferring, or assigning any intellectual property rights, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

All rights not expressly granted are retained by MedPro Extreme Co., Ltd.

4. Limited International License for Use

MedPro Extreme Co., Ltd. grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use its content solely for personal, non-commercial, and educational purposes, and only in connection with authorized MedPro Extreme activities.

This license is valid worldwide but does not override local laws or grant rights inconsistent with these Terms.

5. Prohibited Uses

Without prior written authorization from MedPro Extreme Co., Ltd., you may not, anywhere in the world:

• Copy or reproduce content
• Modify, adapt, translate, or localize materials
• Publish, republish, distribute, or redistribute content
• Upload, transmit, broadcast, or share materials
• Sell, license, sublicense, or commercially exploit content
• Create derivative works or competing programs
• Use content for training, instruction, or certification outside MedPro Extreme authorization

These restrictions apply across all media, formats, and technologies, whether existing or developed in the future.

6. Training Materials and Confidential Content

All training-related materials, including course manuals, slides, presentations, simulations, scenario designs, assessments, instructor notes, certification documents, and evaluation tools, are proprietary and confidential.

Use is strictly limited to authorized participants and instructors and may not be recorded, copied, or shared without written permission.

7. Trademarks and Global Brand Protection

All MedPro Extreme names, logos, slogans, program titles, and brand elements are trademarks or registered trademarks of MedPro Extreme Co., Ltd. and are protected internationally.

Unauthorized use in any jurisdiction is prohibited.

8. Third-Party Intellectual Property

Certain content may be owned or licensed by third parties.
Such content remains subject to the rights and protections of its respective owners worldwide.

9. Enforcement and International Remedies

Any unauthorized use of MedPro Extreme intellectual property, regardless of location, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

MedPro Extreme Co., Ltd. reserves the right to pursue all available remedies worldwide, including:

• Immediate suspension or termination of access
• Revocation of certifications or credentials
• Injunctive relief
• Monetary damages
• Civil or criminal proceedings where permitted

10. No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of rights or remedies.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

Nothing in this section limits MedPro Extreme Co., Ltd.’s right to seek enforcement or remedies in any jurisdiction where infringement occurs.
