This pass is designed for two people to attend MedPro Extreme training together.

You purchase one pass.
Two participants share the same experience.

The pass can be used for selected MedPro Extreme training courses, workshops, or programs, depending on the tier purchased.

Valid for couples, partners, friends, or teammates.

HOW IT WORKS

• One pass covers two participants

• Both participants must attend the same program

• The pass must be claimed and redeemed together

• Redemption must occur at the same time and for the same course

• Separate or staggered use is not permitted

This pass is designed to be experienced together.
If the two participants do not attend together, the pass will be considered invalid.

COLLECTION & REDEMPTION FLOW

Each Couple Experience Pass belongs to a specific tier collection.

When you purchase a pass from this collection:

• You receive one shared value for two participants

• The shared value can only be applied once

• The pass cannot be split, transferred separately, or redeemed across multiple programs

The pass must be applied at the time of course registration.

VALUE APPLICATION & TOP-UP POLICY

• If the selected course exceeds the shared value of your pass, you may pay the difference to upgrade to the required course level

• If the selected course value is less than the shared value, the remaining balance is forfeited

• No remaining balance will be refunded, credited, stored, or carried forward

This pass functions as access, not stored credit.

IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS

• No cash value

• No refunds

• No partial redemption

• No balance rollover

• No conversion to other vouchers, passes, or future credits

All price differences must be settled at the time of booking.

COURSE SCHEDULING

• Courses are conducted on scheduled dates

• Availability depends on the published course calendar

• Purchasing a pass does not automatically reserve seats

• Seat confirmation occurs only after successful registration

Early booking is recommended.

PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS

• Both participants must meet any course prerequisites

• Medical clearance or fitness requirements may apply

• Failure to meet requirements may result in denied participation without refund

Participants are responsible for reviewing course requirements before booking.

NAME CHANGES & TRANSFERABILITY

• Participant names must be provided at registration

• Name changes may be allowed before course confirmation, subject to approval

• Transfers are not guaranteed and may be restricted close to the course date

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

• Standard MedPro Extreme cancellation policies apply after booking

• Missed attendance without notice results in forfeiture of the pass

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval

EQUIPMENT & ADDITIONAL COSTS

• Some courses require personal equipment or attire

• Equipment rental, accommodation, travel, or meals are not included unless stated

• Additional costs must be paid separately

SAFETY & AUTHORITY

• MedPro Extreme reserves the right to deny or discontinue participation for safety reasons

• Instructor and safety officer decisions are final

• No refunds will be issued for removal due to safety concerns

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Course materials are for personal use only

• Recording, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited

• Certifications and documentation remain subject to issuing authority rules

VALIDITY

• Valid for 12 months from the purchase date

• Must be redeemed within the validity period

• Expired passes are not redeemable
