Responsibility & Care

• All rented equipment remains the property of MedPro Extreme Co., Ltd. at all times.

  Participants are responsible for:

  • Proper use according to instructor guidance

  • Preventing misuse, modification, or unauthorized sharing

  • Returning equipment in clean, functional, and serviceable condition

Damage, Loss & Additional Charges

Any loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear and tear will result in additional charges.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Tears, cuts, or abrasion beyond expected training use

• Broken zippers, seams, or closures

• Missing components or accessories

• Irreversible contamination or misuse

MedPro Extreme reserves the right to:

• Assess the condition of returned equipment

• Determine repair or replacement cost

• Deduct applicable charges from the security deposit

• Invoice the participant for any remaining balance if costs exceed the deposit

The total amount required at checkout for this equipment is 2,200 THB, consisting of:

• 1,200 THB – Rental fee (per course)

• 1,000 THB – Refundable security deposit

These are two separate charges collected at the same time.

Security Deposit Explanation

The 1,000 THB security deposit is held temporarily to cover potential damage, loss, or excessive wear.

• The deposit is not a rental fee

• The deposit is refundable after equipment return and inspection

• The deposit may be partially or fully deducted if damage or loss occurs

If repair or replacement costs exceed the deposit, the participant is responsible for paying the remaining balance.

All rental equipment is:

• Cleaned and disinfected before issue

• Inspected for safety and functionality

Participants are required to:

• Return equipment in a reasonably clean condition

• Rinse off excessive dirt, mud, sand, or contaminants

Excessive cleaning or bio-contamination may result in additional charges.

Critical for clothing and PPE.

Fit & Sizing

Participants are responsible for selecting the correct size at the time of rental.

Incorrect sizing, discomfort, or preference changes do not qualify for refunds or exchanges once the course has started, subject to availability.

Normal wear from approved training use is expected and accepted.

Normal wear includes:

• Minor surface marks

• Light fading

• Cosmetic scuffs that do not affect performance

Damage that affects function, safety, or serviceability will be charged according to the damage bracket.

Rental equipment is provided for training purposes only.

Participants acknowledge that:

• Rescue and wilderness activities involve inherent risk

• MedPro Extreme is not responsible for injury resulting from misuse or failure to follow instruction

Equipment must be used only as instructed by MedPro Extreme staff.

Equipment availability may change due to:

• Safety recalls

• Damage from prior courses

• Environmental or operational conditions

MedPro Extreme reserves the right to substitute equipment of equivalent function if required.

Rental Period

The rental period begins on the day the equipment is dispatched from the MedPro Extreme warehouse.

All rental equipment must be returned within 7 calendar days from the dispatch date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Return Deadline

• The 7-day return window includes weekends and public holidays

• The return date is counted from the dispatch date, not the course end date

• Equipment must be returned to the designated MedPro Extreme warehouse

Late Return Charges

Equipment returned after the 7-day rental period will incur additional rental charges.

• Late return fee: 300 THB per day, per item

• Charges apply for each additional calendar day beyond the return deadline

• Late return fees may be deducted from the security deposit or invoiced separately

Extended Rental Requests

Requests to extend the rental period must be:

• Submitted before the original return deadline

• Approved by MedPro Extreme in advance

• Subject to equipment availability and additional charges

Return Condition

Equipment must be returned:

• In functional, serviceable condition

• Clean and free from excessive dirt or contamination

• With all issued components and accessories

By renting and using MedPro Extreme equipment, participants acknowledge and agree that they:

• Have read and understood all Rental Terms & Conditions

• Agree to comply with MedPro Extreme’s Rental Agreement, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy

• Accept that all policies are binding and applicable throughout the rental period

All applicable policies and agreements are available for review on the MedPro Extreme website.
Participants are responsible for reviewing these documents prior to rental.
Proceeding with rental constitutes full acceptance of all MedPro Extreme policies.
