The deposit is collected separately from the access fee and is intended to cover potential damage, excessive wear, loss, or late return.
The deposit will be refunded after the equipment is returned, inspected, and confirmed to be in acceptable condition.
The rental period begins on the day the equipment is dispatched from the MedPro Extreme warehouse
Equipment must be returned within 7 days from the dispatch date
The equipment must be returned to the designated MedPro Extreme warehouse location
Failure to return the equipment within the stated period will result in additional charges.
Late Return Charges
Late returns will be charged 300 THB per additional day
Late fees may be deducted from the deposit
If late fees exceed the deposit amount, the remaining balance must be paid by the renter
The renter is fully responsible for the equipment from the time of dispatch until return.
If the equipment is returned with damage beyond normal wear, or is lost, the renter agrees to pay the applicable charges based on MedPro Extreme’s Damage & Replacement Cost Table.
Examples include but are not limited to:
Rope abrasion, cuts, or missing rope
Bag tearing, strap failure, or hardware damage
Loss of the entire unit
If the equipment is deemed unsafe or unusable, full replacement cost may apply.
Damage charges may be deducted from the deposit.
If costs exceed the deposit, the renter must pay the remaining balance.
The deposit will be refunded only when:
The equipment is returned within the allowed rental period
The equipment passes inspection
No outstanding damage, loss, or late fees apply
Refunds are processed after inspection is completed.
The equipment must be used only for its intended rescue or training purpose
Misuse, modification, or use outside recommended conditions is not permitted
The renter is responsible for ensuring the equipment is used by trained or supervised individuals
All rental equipment must be returned in a condition that reflects proper use, care, and respect for professional rescue equipment.
When returning the equipment, the following conditions are expected:
The equipment is returned within the agreed rental period
All components are complete and accounted for
The equipment is reasonably clean and free from excessive dirt, sand, mud, or debris
No cuts, burns, chemical exposure, or modifications are present
No damage that affects safety, function, or structural integrity
Normal wear consistent with proper training or rescue use is acceptable.
Unacceptable Return Conditions
The following will result in additional charges:
Missing equipment or components
Rope abrasion, cuts, or fraying beyond normal wear
Tears, strap damage, or hardware failure
Evidence of misuse, improper storage, or use outside intended purpose
Equipment returned in a condition that is unsafe or unusable
Equipment returned late without prior approval
If the equipment cannot be safely reused, full replacement cost may apply.
Inspection & Final Decision
All returned equipment is inspected by MedPro Extreme staff
Inspection results are final
Any applicable charges will be deducted from the deposit or invoiced separately if exceeding the deposit amount
