The Swiftwater and Flood Rescue Technician – Advanced Water (SRTA-W) course is designed for experienced rescuers who already operate in moving water and need to perform in higher risk, higher complexity flood and river environments.
This 3-day, 18-contact-hour advanced program builds directly on the SRT level and focuses on advanced swimming, team-based rescues, dynamic rope integration, and decision-making under extreme conditions.
This is not an entry-level course.
