WMTC Certified

32500.00฿

The Wilderness First Responder (WFR) course is the gold standard for medical training in remote and austere environments.

This 9-day, 80-contact-hour intensive program follows WMTC international standards and prepares you to function as the highest level of medical care on scene when evacuation is delayed, resources are limited, and decisions carry real consequences.

This is not first aid.
This is field-based medical responsibility.

  • Wilderness incidents evolve over hours to days

  • Patients deteriorate without proper monitoring and decision-making

  • Leaders must manage medicine, logistics, risk, and ethics simultaneously

WFR trains you to:

  • Think clinically in non-clinical environments

  • Manage patients through prolonged care scenarios

  • Make evacuation decisions that balance risk and outcome

  • Lead medical response when no higher care is available

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring

  • Manage complex trauma and medical conditions in the field

  • Treat environmental and expedition-related illnesses

  • Provide prolonged field care with limited supplies

  • Lead medical decision-making within teams

  • Integrate medical care with rescue, evacuation, and leadership planning

Training is scenario-driven, physically demanding, and decision-focused.
